1 Click Recruit — Coach Terms
of Service

By creating a coach account on 1 Click Recruit ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Platform.

These Terms apply specifically to coach accounts. Athlete accounts are governed by a separate agreement.

Coach accounts are intended for:

• College or university athletic coaches and staff
• Recruiting coordinators employed by accredited educational institutions
• Other authorized athletic program personnel

You must be at least 18 years old to create a coach account. By registering, you represent that the information you provide — including your name, institution, title, and sport — is accurate and that you are authorized to recruit athletes on behalf of your institution.

Coaches who provide false information about their institutional affiliation may have their account immediately terminated and may be reported to the institution or applicable governing body.

We reserve the right to verify your identity and institutional affiliation at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

Coach access to the Platform is provided at no charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid coach tiers or premium features in the future, with advance notice.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We recommend staying logged in only on personal or secured institutional devices, not shared computers.

The athlete profiles, stats, photos, and contact information available on this Platform are provided solely for legitimate collegiate recruiting purposes. By using this Platform, you agree that you will:

• Use athlete information only to evaluate and contact athletes for recruiting purposes
• Not share, sell, export, or redistribute athlete data outside your institution's recruiting process
• Not use athlete information for any commercial purpose unrelated to recruiting
• Comply with all applicable NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, or other governing body rules regarding athlete contact and recruiting

Many athletes on this Platform are minors (under 18). You acknowledge and agree that:

• You will treat all athlete interactions with professionalism appropriate to the age of the athlete
• You will not contact athletes in any manner that is harassing, threatening, or inappropriate
• You will comply with all governing body rules regarding recruiting contact
• Misuse of the Platform in connection with minors may be reported to appropriate authorities

Coach accounts do not include a direct messaging feature. To contact an athlete, you may use the social media links the athlete has chosen to make publicly available on their profile (such as X/Twitter or Instagram).

By using those links, you acknowledge that:

• You are leaving the 1 Click Recruit Platform
• Any communication occurs on third-party platforms governed by their own terms
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with your institution's recruiting rules and applicable governing body regulations (NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, etc.)
• 1 Click Recruit Inc. has no control over, and bears no responsibility for, communications that occur off-platform

We do not endorse or facilitate any specific off-platform contact. Athletes choose which social links, if any, to display on their profile.

Coach accounts are currently self-declared. When you register, you confirm under these Terms that you are an authorized recruiting representative of an accredited institution. We may introduce institutional email verification (e.g., .edu addresses) or manual verification tiers in the future.

Verified accounts will display a verification badge. Unverified accounts have full browse access but may have certain features restricted as the Platform evolves.

Your wishlists and private notes are visible only to you. We do not share your notes or collections with athletes, other coaches, or third parties, except as required by law.

You retain responsibility for the content of your notes. Do not store personal information about athletes beyond what is reasonably necessary for recruiting purposes.

When you scan an athlete's QR code or NFC band at an event, that scan may be logged and the athlete may be notified that their profile was viewed. By scanning, you acknowledge this is a consensual exchange — the athlete has made their profile publicly accessible via that code.

You may not use the Platform to:

• Impersonate any person or institution
• Access athlete data for any purpose other than legitimate recruiting
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically copy athlete data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and, where appropriate, reporting to your institution or governing body.

We provide this Platform on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without liability. Given that coach accounts are free, we make no uptime commitments.

All Platform content, design, and code is owned by 1 Click Recruit Inc. Athlete-submitted content (photos, stats, bios) is owned by the respective athletes. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to reproduce or redistribute any Platform content.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OF ATHLETE-SUBMITTED DATA, INCLUDING STATS, ELIGIBILITY STATUS, OR GPA. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR INDEPENDENTLY VERIFYING ANY INFORMATION RELEVANT TO YOUR RECRUITING DECISIONS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 1 CLICK RECRUIT INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1 Click Recruit Inc., its founders, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your wishlists and notes will be deleted.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Levy County, Florida.
