1 Click Recruit — Athlete Terms
of Service

By creating an athlete account on 1 Click Recruit ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are under 18 years old, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf before your account becomes active.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use the Platform.

To create an athlete account you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• If under 18, have a parent or legal guardian who has provided consent through our verification process
• Be a current or prospective student athlete seeking collegiate recruiting exposure

We do not knowingly allow accounts for anyone under 13. If we discover an account belonging to someone under 13, it will be immediately terminated.

If you are under 18 years old:

• A parent or legal guardian must provide consent before your profile is visible to coaches
• Your parent or guardian will be notified by email each time you upload a new photo to your profile
• Your parent or guardian may request removal of any photo at any time by contacting us at support@1crecruit.com
• Your parent or guardian is jointly responsible for your compliance with these Terms
• We reserve the right to require re-verification of parental consent at any time

Parents and guardians: by providing consent, you acknowledge that your athlete's profile — including photos and stats — will be visible to verified college coaches and other users of the Platform. You agree to monitor your athlete's account activity and notify us immediately of any concerns.

Athlete accounts require an active paid subscription to maintain a public profile visible to coaches.

• Base subscription: $15/month — includes one sport profile
• Additional sports: $5/month per additional sport
• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled
• You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued
• If your payment fails, your profile will be hidden from coaches until payment is resolved
• All billing is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.

You are responsible for everything you post on your profile, including photos, stats, achievements, and any other information. By submitting content to the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge
• You own or have the right to use all photos and content you upload
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights including copyright, privacy, or publicity rights
• Your content complies with all standards set forth in Section 6 of these Terms

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

We are committed to maintaining a professional, safe environment for all users — including minors. All photos uploaded to the Platform must meet the following standards:

Acceptable photos include:

• Action shots taken during athletic competition or training
• Headshots and portrait-style photos
• Team photos
• Photos in standard athletic uniforms appropriate to your sport

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Photos that are sexually suggestive or revealing in nature
• Photos that expose excessive skin beyond what is standard for your sport's competition uniform
• Underwear, swimwear outside of competitive swim/water polo context, or other immodest attire
• Photos that would be considered inappropriate for a professional recruiting environment
• Photos of anyone other than the registered athlete without their consent
• AI-generated photos or digitally altered photos that misrepresent the athlete's appearance, size, physique, or athletic ability
• Filters, edits, or enhancements that materially alter how the athlete looks in ways that would mislead a coach

Sport-specific note: Athletes in swimming, water polo, diving, or other aquatic sports may upload photos in competition swimwear only when the photo is taken in a legitimate competitive or training context. Casual or posed photos in swimwear are not permitted.

Consequences of violation: Photos that violate these standards will be removed without notice. Repeated violations will result in account suspension or termination without refund.

Parental notification: For athletes under 18, a notification email is automatically sent to the parent or guardian on file each time a new photo is uploaded. Parents may request removal of any photo by contacting support@1crecruit.com.

We are not responsible for content uploaded by users, but we will act promptly upon receiving a report of a violation. To report a photo, contact support@1crecruit.com.

Stats and measurables you enter on your profile are self-reported unless marked as verified by an authorized verification partner.

You agree that:

• You will not knowingly submit false or exaggerated stats
• Submitting materially false information may result in account suspension
• This includes photos, which must accurately represent the athlete's actual appearance
• We do not independently verify self-reported stats and are not responsible for their accuracy
• College coaches are advised to independently verify any stats relevant to their recruiting decisions

Your account includes a unique QR code that links to your public profile. If you purchase or receive an NFC wristband or accessory:

• You are responsible for the physical security of your QR code and NFC device
• Anyone who scans your code will be able to view your public profile
• Scan activity may be logged and made visible to you in your account dashboard
• We are not responsible for unauthorized scans resulting from loss or misuse of your QR code or NFC device
• If your NFC band is lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to deactivate it promptly through your account settings to prevent unauthorized access to your profile
• We are not liable for any profile views or data accessed through a lost or stolen band prior to deactivation

Your profile is visible to coaches and other Platform users when:

• Your subscription is active
• Parental consent has been received (if under 18)
• Your profile is set to public

You may set your profile to private at any time through your account settings. A private profile is not visible to coaches but your subscription continues to bill until cancelled.

You may not use the Platform to:

• Submit false identity or stat information
• Impersonate another athlete or person
• Upload content that belongs to someone else without permission
• Upload any content involving minors in an inappropriate context
• Attempt to contact coaches directly through the Platform
• Scrape, harvest, or copy other users' data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

We have zero tolerance for any content that sexualizes minors in any way. Any such content will be immediately removed, the account will be permanently terminated, and the matter will be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities. This applies regardless of whether the uploader is a minor themselves.

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By uploading content to the Platform, you grant 1 Click Recruit Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content on the Platform for the purpose of providing the service. We will not use your photos or likeness in advertising or marketing without your separate written consent.

All Platform design, code, and non-user content is owned by 1 Click Recruit Inc.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR PROFILE WILL BE VIEWED BY ANY SPECIFIC NUMBER OF COACHES, RESULT IN ANY RECRUITING INTEREST, OR LEAD TO ANY ATHLETIC SCHOLARSHIP OR OPPORTUNITY. RESULTS VARY AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 1 CLICK RECRUIT INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1 Click Recruit Inc., its founders, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your content, or your misuse of the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. If your account is suspended or terminated for a Terms violation, no refund will be issued for any unused portion of your current billing period, and your subscription will continue to bill unless you choose to cancel it through your account settings or by contacting support. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and post the updated version with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Levy County, Florida.
